Terms & Conditions
1. Entry into the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. All entry instructions and information published by Amos and Corniche Malaysia form part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Snack, Play & Learn contest is organized by Teik Senn (M) Sdn Bhd, the Distributor for Amos and Corniche Malaysia.
3. The Contest shall run from 01st Feb 2024 (Start Date) and ends on the 31st Mar 2024 (End Date) which is the “Contest Period”. Entries must be received during the Contest Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by Amos and Corniche Malaysia. Records of Amos and Corniche Malaysia are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
4. How to join:
a. Purchase RM 18 of any Amos and Corniche products in a single receipt.
b. Scan and upload the receipt to http://www.thefeelgoodclub.my/snack-play-learn/
c. Stand a chance to win Smiggle products.
5. There are a total of 23 prizes to be won, with the breakdown as follows :

6. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted up to 11.59 PM, 31st Mar 2024.
7. Participants are allowed to submit more than ONE (1) entry throughout the Contest Period but are only eligible to win ONE (1) prize only.
8. Lucky winners will be chosen from a random draw of correct and qualified entries received, subject to compliance of contest mechanics, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable, inappropriate, offensive, irrelevant or non-viewable entries will be deemed invalid and will not constitute an eligible entry.
10. All entries must be submitted by the Terms and Conditions. Amos and Corniche Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Amos and Corniche Malaysia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrances.
12. Entrants consent to Amos and Corniche Malaysia using their name, testimonial and image components of their Entry only in the event they are a Winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Contest (including any outcome).
13. If this Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Amos and Corniche Malaysia, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Amos and Corniche Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Campaign, as appropriate.
14. Amos and Corniche Malaysia will not be liable for any default due to any technical or system failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of Amos and Corniche Malaysia.
